Dr. Ahmed ‘Tunde Popoola is a Nigerian banker, accountant, economist, entrepreneur, and business executive. He has over thirty years of cumulative work experience spanning the public and the private sectors of the Nigerian economy. He has been the Managing Director/CEO of CRC Credit Bureau Limited since its establishment in 2008. Prior to this, he was also the pioneer CEO of the Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA). Before then, he was in the banking industry where he rose to the position of the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and General Manager of a publicly listed bank. He is at the forefront of the development of the nascent credit reporting system in Nigeria and Africa.

Dr. Popoola holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Nigeria, two master’s degrees in Banking and Finance and Economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a Ph.D. in Finance from WITS Business School, University of The Witwatersrand, South Africa. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS)’s Senior Management Programme (SMP 12) and the Wharton Business School’s Advanced Management Programme (AMP 67). He has also attended executive education programmes at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Harvard Business School, the International Management and Development (IMD), Switzerland and the Kellogg School of Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and seven other professional bodies.

He holds several awards and recognitions especially for his role in entrepreneurship, business management, finance, and youth empowerment. He is also a proud recipient of a special Ministerial recognition and commendation for his innovation and promotion of youth enterprise in the FCT.

Ayo Stuffman has been the driving force behind the current leading position of VAS2Nets Technologies Ltd in the Value Added Service and Financial Services in Nigeria. He has over 23 years experience and in-depth knowledge of convergent communications technology. He is the architect of VAS2Nets' MVAS and Mobile Financial Services Platforms. He has managed several VAS projects and implementations for Telcos within and outside Nigeria and government parastatals in Nigeria.

Ayo Stuffman holds a BSc Computer Science from University of Lagos, and is alumnus of the prestigious Oxford Executive Education, Blockchain Strategy Programme, Oxford FiinTech Programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford and Leadership Programme at Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT), Boston. He’s a Distinguished Fellowship of Professional Excellence Foundation of Nigeria [PEFON] and also a Member of Institute of Directors [MIoD], Nigeria. As an active player in mobile value added service in Nigeria he’s member of Nigeria Communication Commission & Central Bank of Nigeria Committee on E-Fraud and also served under NCC Technical Committee.

He's one of the founders of Entrepreneurs' Organisation (EO) of Nigeria which has given birth to EO Lagos and EO Abuja. Ayo was the President, EO Lagos 2017/18 and also serves as EO ambassador in Africa region under the umbrella of Entrepreneurs' Organisation Global.

Teniola, as ED, Business Development, oversees overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs. She works closely with domestic and International content partners and international teams to devise strategies to maximize monetization of VAS2Nets' services and content. She is also responsible for creating competencies within the company for creating in-house User-Generated content.

Prior to joining VAS2Nets, Teniola has worked with some leading media companies like Channels Television, TV Continental, Eko FM, Superscreen TV and Daar Communications Plc.

Oliver Opara

Oliver Opara

Oliver Opara oversees planning and strategy in VAS2Nets with his astute business sense and wealth of experience. He has a Law degree from the University of Calabar and has been subsequently called to Nigerian Bar. He also has an MBA and attended several courses in Nigeria and abroad. He was a banker for 28 years where he garnered invaluable experience which traversed Operations, Retail, Commercial and Corporate Banking. He retired in June 2020 as the Regional Director in charge of FCMB business in Lagos.

His operating philosophy is to offer innovative solutions to business problems, be it in finance and technology, bringing his experience to bear. His notable achievements have always been turning loss making businesses into profitable businesses. He is a specialist in business reengineering.

Mrs. Oluwatosin Atunlese (Nee Stuffman) is an entrepreneur with over 30 years cognate experience managing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the consumer goods and agro-allied sectors of the Nigerian economy.

She is an astute leader with many mentees, and currently focuses on providing goods and services in under-served communities around Lagos and Ogun States.

Oluwatosin has been a shareholder of VAS2Nets since incorporation and currently has the privilege to serve on its board as a non-executive director.

Mr. Bisi is an economic analyst and Investment adviser. He schooled at the University of Lagos for his first and second degree in Economics in 1988 and 1991 respectively. He was the best graduating student and an award winner of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) professional examinations. He is also an Associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. An experienced corporate strategist with a strong bias for research, Bisi was at various times the Head, Economic Research and Financial Advisory at Financial Derivatives Company Limited and later, Head, Corporate Planning at FBN (Merchant Bankers) Limited.

He set up the Research and Strategy Department of FBN Capital Limited and also functioned as the Head of Funds and Assets Management of the company. Bisi was Managing Director/CEO of FBN Securities Limited for 4 years until he resigned in June 2012. His current engagement and passion is in financial intermediation with FundQuest Financial Services Limited, which he co-owned with others. Bisi has passion for excellence and a heart for continuous and never-ending improvement. He has attended top-level management programmes both in Nigeria and abroad. A consummate investment analyst, writer and facilitator, Bisi is a Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria and also a Fellow of the London-based Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD).

Olaniyi Yusuf is the Managing Partner and Lead, Social Sector practice at Verraki Partners- a proudly African business solutions company partnering with enterprises and governments to accelerate the development and transformation of Africa. Prior his assumption of this role in April 2019, he was the Country Managing Director of Accenture Nigeria from 2010 to 2019. In 1995, he joined the Management Consulting Division of Arthur Andersen 4 years after starting his career at Joint Komputer Kompany, an indigenous computer company. Niyi holds a Combined Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from University of Wales. He has technical certifications in Project Management, COBIT, IT Governance, Business Continuity, Solution Planning, Solution Delivery and IT Service Management. Niyi is a respected transformation change manager with over 30years experience advising C-level executives across private and public sectors on navigating strategic change and digital transformation. He has been actively involved in the creation of key infrastructure for the Nigerian banking industry including the establishment of Interswitch, the CRC credit bureau, Unique Tax ID Number and the ongoing Banking Industry IT Shared Services including the Cash-less Lagos initiative, network consolidation and Tier 3 Data Centre outsourcing. He is a public speaker and thinker across industries focused on Governance, Ease of Doing Business, Digital Economy, Technology Enablement for Business, IT Governance, Strategic IT Effectiveness, Organisational Transformation, Personal Effectiveness, Innovation and Leadership. He specializes in Programme and Project Management, Systems Integration, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Corporate Transformation, Leadership Development, Process Reengineering, Design Thinking, Talent Management and Change Enablement. Niyi is a Member of the Governing Council of Corona Schools Trust Council, Chairman of the Technology Committee and Board Chair, Corona Secondary Schools. Dr. Kola Fayemi is a graduate of Law from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He holds a Master of Law (LL.M) degree from the University of Lagos and recently concluded his PhD in Energy Law from the University of Ibadan. He also holds a Certificate in Management from Lincoln University of Business & Management, Dubai and a Diploma in Innovation Management from the International Business Management Institute, Berlin. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (Lagos Island Chapter), a registered professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, a Certified Compliance Officer CCO™, Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant (FIMC) and a Fellow of the Global Academy of Finance and Management (FGAFM™). Kola’s life purpose is to solve problems by helping people, institutions and social systems experience transformation using Law as a tool for social engineering. He has served in senior management capacity in technology & telecom multinational organizations such as (Gateway Communications, Mahindra Comviva, Vodacom Business Africa, INQ Digital Group and recently Smile Communications) with extensive experience in leading teams in commercial legal transactions, government affairs, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. He was the immediate past GM; Legal and Regulatory Services at Smile Communications Limited, a role he held for 2 years. He has now pivoted his career to connect his passion more to causes with direct impact on humanity and the social transformation therefore he has now joined The Elevation Church as General Counsel and Head of Global Missions and Establishment. When he is not at work, in church or researching, he spends his spare time watching football as an ardent fan of Liverpool Football Club. He is married to Tomilola Kolawole-Fayemi and their marriage is blessed with two beautiful daughters – with whom he resides in Lagos, Nigeria.

Chief Adewale Adeniji is a legal practitioner, chartered secretary, tax advisor, chartered arbitrator, and business executive. He has had over 34 years cognate experience as a corporate legal professional exclusively in the private sector of the Nigerian economy. He holds law degrees from Ogun State University, Ago-lwoye and the University of Lagos (LLB, LLM), and was called to the Nigeran bar in November 1988 (BL). He also holds a fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (FCIArb), and associateships of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ACIS), and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI). He cut his legal teeth in the prestigious law firms of G.O.K. Ajayi, SAN & Co, where he learnt the ropes as a litigation attorney; and the corporate law firm of Fayemi, Folarin, Sonoiki & Co., where he learnt his craft as a corporate attorney. In January 1992, he started his own law firm, Adewale Adeniji, LP (then known as Messrs. Adeniji & Oyelola, Barristers, Solicitors and Arbitrators). Since then, the law firm has been privileged to provide cutting edge legal and corporate services to quite a lot of multinationals, blue chips, and SMEs in economies across the African and Asian continents. He also runs Scriba Nominees Limited which continues to provide secretarial and corporate governance services to many public and private companies. Many Alumni of his practice have found their niche in corporate legal circles in Nigeria and the Diaspora. As a chartered arbitrator, he is a member of the Lagos Court of Arbitration, Lekki, Lagos, and has been involved in several arbitrations as a neutral in Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) Apart from serving many corporates as company secretary, Chief Adeniji also enjoys the privilege of sitting on the boards of companies within and outside Nigeria, as a non-executive director or Independent non-executive director. He currently serves ICSAN, Lagos State Branch as Vice Chair of the Education Committee. He is happily married to Dr (Mrs.) Olukemi Ade-Adeniji, and they are blessed with children and grandchildren.
